Bidsquare is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team.
This role is crucial in ensuring our users (bidders, buyers, and sellers) receive timely and effective support during our busy weekend auction periods. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, online environment.
This role will begin as a weekend part-time role, with opportunity for growth. There will also be a four week onboarding period where weekday availability will be necessary and days to be determined.

Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to Customer Inquiries: Promptly and professionally address customer
questions and concerns received via email, phone, and live chat during weekend hours.
● Auction Support: Assist users with navigating the Bidsquare platform, understanding auction rules, placing bids, and troubleshooting any issues encountered during live and timed auctions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
● Liaise with Auction Houses/Sellers: Facilitate communication between bidders/buyers and auction houses/sellers on the Bidsquare platform for queries that
require their direct input, such as detailed condition reports or specific shipping
arrangements.
● Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in
our CRM system.
● Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our
platform, services, and user experience.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile App Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, testing, and deploying mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Google Play and Apple App Stores. You will work across the entire app development process, from initial development through deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter/Dart from a shared codebase.
• Customize and configure each app to reflect client-specific branding and styling while maintaining core functionality across all apps.
• Integrate mobile applications with web company APIs for native page functionality and use WebView for non-native portions of the app.
• Continuously update and enhance client apps with new features and functionality as needed.
• Publish new app versions and ensure all apps are up-to-date with changes, maintaining compatibility with both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Monitor app store feedback and user reviews, addressing issues and releasing timely fixes to ensure optimal performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Flutter and Dart application development.
• Full app development lifecycle experience, including debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with integrating REST APIs for mobile applications.
• Ability to manage branding and customization of multiple apps from a shared codebase.
• Experience with maintaining and updating apps, as well as adding new features.
• Knowledge of app store publishing processes and monitoring.
• 2-5 years of experience in mobile app development.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Developer (or Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on Front-End) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming design mockups into fully functional, responsive web pages. Your work will directly impact the look and feel of client websites, ensuring that designs are accurately implemented with clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert design mockups from Figma into fully functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web pages.
• Work on a variety of site elements, including headers, footers, and other interactive components.
• Implement and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code across web pages and features.
• Integrate new features, pages, or UI components into existing client websites.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like LESS, SASS, or SCSS is preferred.
• Experience with templating languages (Handlebars, Mustache, Twig, Volt, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of PHP is mandatory.
• Understanding of best practices for creating maintainable, scalable front-end code.
• 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development.
