1. Role Objective

We are seeking a dedicated TechOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for troubleshooting and determining the root cause. 

The TechOps Engineer is responsible for maintaining the health and performance of production environments by resolving complex technical escalations. This role moves beyond simple alert response into performance tuning, automation of repetitive tasks, and participating in the deployment lifecycle. 

2. Core Responsibilities

Advanced Escalation & Resolution

  • Tier 2 Support: Act as the primary escalation point for the L1 / CS  teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution. Managing own schedule of reported cases, which includes determining priority levels and negotiating and setting the right expectations.
  • Deep Diagnostics: Analyze system logs and application traces to identify underlying patterns in recurring failures.
  • Shift Timings: US Business Hours (6.30 PM to 3:30 AM)
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical (P0/P1) production incidents.

Automation & Optimization

  • Scripting: Write and maintain scripts (Python, Bash, or Go) to automate manual maintenance tasks and self-healing processes.
  • Monitoring Improvement: Refine alerting thresholds to reduce “alert fatigue” and create more meaningful dashboards in Grafana or Datadog.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and SOPs for the team.

3. Technical Requirements 

  • Jira
  • CRMs: Zendesk, Hubspot, etc
  • Expert knowledge of working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google sheets)
  • Understanding of database concepts & writing complex database queries using mySQL
  • Superset, AWS Quick
  • Grafana, PM2, AWS Cloudwatch

4. Professional Attributes

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (monitoring, logs, user reports) to find a root cause.
  • Mentorship: Willingness to train L1 engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Ownership: A proactive mindset—identifying a problem and fixing it before it triggers an alert.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex technical outages to non-technical management during post-mortem meetings.

5. Experience & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Technical Support or TechOps role.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Developer (or Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on Front-End) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming design mockups into fully functional, responsive web pages. Your work will directly impact the look and feel of client websites, ensuring that designs are accurately implemented with clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert design mockups from Figma into fully functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web pages.
  • Work on a variety of site elements, including headers, footers, and other interactive components.
  • Implement and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code across web pages and features.
  • Integrate new features, pages, or UI components into existing client websites.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like LESS, SASS, or SCSS is preferred.
  • Experience with templating languages (Handlebars, Mustache, Twig, Volt, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP is mandatory.
  • Hands-on expreience in WordPress Themes and CMS.
  • Understanding of best practices for creating maintainable, scalable front-end code.
  • 3-6 years of experience in front-end web development.
